Project management

At Makop d.o.o. we offer you a complete solution for the realization of your ideas. Most often our customers provide a product model and a drawing with requirements. When all requirements are sufficiently and clearly defined, we begin with the project. The projects are managed in accordance with the requirements of the automotive industry. Each project starts with the design of the product production process and the control plan. We continue with the construction and production of tools (most often produced by a verified external toolmaker), grippers for robots, devices (measuring and controlling, preparation, assembling devices), and with larger series also with process automation devices. We make all necessary preparations and utensils, as well as automation devices for production in our own tool workshop. When the tool is finished, we begin with the optimizations of tools and devices , preparation of documentation, and everything that is needed to deliver technology to serial production. A single optimization cycle involves experimental injection moulding , product measurements in our own measuring station, making decisions about the necessary tool corrections and performing changes to the tool. At this stage, the way of packaging, storage and transport of finished products is finally determined. For products in the automotive sector, we produce PPAP (EMPB) documentation and enter materials into the IMDS system. Once the customer confirms that the products are in compliance with the requirements, we can start with serial production and regular deliveries. During production, products are under constant control in accordance with the control plan. Every production process is constantly monitored and improved according to the established PDCA method.
