In Makop d.o.o. we act on the principle of zero errors, no delays, achievement and exceeding of wishes and expectations of our customers. We successfully cooperate with suppliers, invest in equipment for development, production, quality assurance and checking, thus creating optimal conditions for reliable operation and continuous improvements. The quality system is preventively checked by internal and external assessments and in case of deviations, we make appropriate corrections. If a deviation occurs, the problems are solved effectively. In our processes we comply with all the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015:2015 standard and we are constantly using all five quality core tools: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA and SPC. We carry out the entire process of certifying the product from sampling to measurements performing and producing a measurement report. According to the customer's requirements, we make all other confirmatory documentation (process flow chart, FMEA process, control plan, checklists, packaging regulations, etc.). Measuring laboratory In our own, modern equipped measuring laboratory we have all the necessary equipment to check the properties of the materials and products we manufacture. All measuring devices and instruments are regularly calibrated and measurements are carried out exclusively by qualified personnel in the quality department which in addition to the professional execution of measurements also ensures proper processing and documenting measurement results. In the event of a deviation, the necessary activities are immediately triggered and corrective actions are taken. Technological equipment of the laboratory: • 3D measuring machine, • 3D scanner, • optical microscope, • tensile and thrust force gauge, • a roughness measuring device, • digital callipers with the direct transfer of data into the program for statistics, • dial indicators and micrometres, • moisture analyser, • precision scales and • Measuring devices and calibres of our own production. At the request of the customer we also make tests of materials and products according to its standards or norms in external accredited laboratories. Standards and certificates At our company Makop d.o.o. we give a great importance to the overall quality, which we have also recorded in our business strategy and quality policy. In our process, we always take into account the wishes and requirements of our customers and suppliers proposals. Quality is governed by standard ISO 9001:2015: 2015 ( certificate ) and we also consider ISO 14001 requirements.
