Tool making for injection moulding
Our
tool
workshop
was
developed
through
the
manufacture
of
tools
for
own
use
and
for
external
customers. In 2008 we decided to focus on production support.
With
solid
equipment,
our
experienced
toolmaking
team
ensures
primarily
the
optimization
of
tools,
the
rapid
implementation
of
changes
in
products,
repair
and
maintenance,
manufacturing
of
grippers, measuring devices and equipment for
automated production
.
If
our
capacities
allow
us,
we
produce
the
complete
tool,
but
most
often
we
leave
toolmaking
to
renowned
Slovenian
toolmakers.
At
that
time
our
team
takes
part
in
the
making
of
construction
and
in the phase of optimization of the tool.

printing.
In
the
two
premises,
we
currently
have
26
injection
moulding
machines
with
a
clamping
force
of
50
to
570
t.
Our
own
tool
workshop
and
measuring
laboratory,
together
with
our
own
development
and
construction,
enable
us
to
offer
you
a
quality
and
competitive
service
with
all
the
necessary
technical
support,
quick
responsiveness
and
controlled
quality.
