covers
for

enclosures

the

Our
long-standing
contracting
entities
are
larger
and
smaller
companies,
mainly
from
Slovenia,
Germany
and
Austria.
We
process
various
thermoplastics,
from
less
demanding,
such
as
ABS
and
PP,
to
the
most
demanding,
highly
technical
ones,
such
as
PPMA,
PPA,
IXEF
and
the
like.
The
injection
moulding
is
complemented
by
insert
injection
moulding
,
completion of assemblies
,
ultrasonic welding
and
printing of plastic products
.
• Clamping force of injection moulding machines: from 50 to 570 t (up to 200 t for technical and
dimensional demanding pieces).
• Product weight (approx.): from 0.1 g to 1.200 g; up to 300 g for more demanding products.
• Product size (approx.): from a few mm to about 800 mm, depending on the product's geometry.
• Materials: PA6, PA66, PPS, PPSU, PPA, PBT, TPE, PP, PC, PPMA, SAN, ABS, POM...
• Additional processing: printing (tampo printing), assembling, ultrasonic welding.
• Expert advice on product development and injection moulding tools.
• 3D measurements, 3D scans of products and all documentation.
