Plastic injection moulding
Our core business is plastic injection moulding.
We carry it out in two locations.
In Domžale and Kozje we have a total of 26 injection moulding machines:
• Clamping force of injection moulding machines: from 50 to 570 t (up to 200 t for technical and
dimensional demanding pieces).
• Product weight (approx.): from 0.1 g to 1.200 g; up to 300 g for more demanding products.
• Product size (approx.): from a few mm to about 800 mm, depending on the product's geometry.
• Materials: PA6, PA66, PPS, PPSU, PPA, PBT, TPE, PP, PC, PPMA, SAN, ABS, POM...
• Additional processing of plastic products: printing (tampo printing), assembling, ultrasonic
welding.
• Expert advice on product development and injection moulding tools.
With our modern equipment, technological know-how and experience of our employees, we
do injection moulding of over 700 complex products for various industries:
• Automotive industry
• Household appliances industry
• Electric equipment industry
• Sanitary equipment industry
We specialize in injection moulding of:
• Dimensional demanding technical products
• Products with inserts (metal, sensors, two-component with shifting)
• Aesthetically demanding products.

addition
to
the
thermoplastic

moulding,
we
also
perform
numerous
finishing
services.
